This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing of the representation dated 06.09.2018, seeking temporary recognition pending petitioner's application for sanction of new degree college for the academic year 20182019, at Kondamodu Village, Rajipalem Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education submits that the application cannot be for the present year. In view of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2018, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
