This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents 2 and 3 in trying to demolish the petitioner's property situated in premises bearing No. 6-1-257, Hanamkonda, Warangal Urban District for the purpose of road widening without issuing any notice and without initiating the proceedings under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Heard Sri P. Mehar Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Ms.

Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 and 3 fairly submits that if the property of the petitioner is required for the purpose of road widening, the respondent Corporation will follow the due process of law. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondents 2 and 3 not to demolish the property of the petitioner without following the due process of law under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
