This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1117 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Family Court, Nizamabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the transfer petition, the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. In view of the said submission, no further orders are necessary in this petition. 3.
