When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 31-08-2018, the police have registered the Crime No.715 of 2018 dated 17.09.2018.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
