THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.14328 of 2013 ORDER:

On 08.05.2013, while ordering notice before admission, this Court directed to maintain status-quo for a period of six weeks. The respondents in spite of receipt of notic e have not sent instructions or filed counter affidavit.

The grievance of petitioner is that the respondents without recourse to law are trying to acquire petitioner's property for constructing water tank in an extent of Ac .0-95 cents in Sy.No.583-10 of Kanumukkala Village, C.K.Palli Mandal, Anantapur District.

After perusing the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be given liberty to represent to 3rd respondent by enclosing the doc uments, on which the petitioner is relying upon, and also a copy of this order, within four weeks from today. The 3rd respondent examines the grievance of petitioner and if the land of the petitioner is acquired or subjected to acquisition for constructing water tank, the 3rd respondent takes a decision for acquiring the right and title of petitioner in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within three months from today. The parties are

directed to maintain status-quo as on today for a period of three months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
