The 3rd respondent is present in Court. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited issued T.O.O.(CE/Transmission) MS.No.196 dated 15.10.2015 giving certain concessions to the members of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the same is in accordance with the directions passed by this Court in W.P.No.22583 of 2009.
