THE HON'BLE Dr . JUSTI CE SHAMEEM AKTHER Civil Revision Pet it ion No.5 4 6 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, challenging the order, dated 14.03.2018, passed in I.A.No.9 of 2018 in A.S.No.13 of 2018 by the learned II Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Mancherial, Adilabad District.

2 .

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

3 .

The respondents/ defendants have filed number of documents to show their title and possession over the suit schedule property. Under these circumstances, it is difficult to hold that the petitioner/ plaintiff has made out a prima facie case against the respondents/ defendants for granting ad-interim injunction. However, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is of the view that a direction for expeditious disposal of the Appeal Suit can be given to the Court below.

4 .

Accordingly, the learned II Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Mancherial, Adilabad District, is directed to dispose A.S.No.13 of 2018 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5 .

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
