This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.3, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.856 of 2018 of Rayachoty (U/G) Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 354-A, 307 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.3, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner/accused No.3 was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 29.08.2018, wherein it is stated that there are serious allegations against this petitioner. As per the material placed on record, in the report, dated 09.07.2018, lodged by parents of the de facto complainant, it is specifically mentioned that this petitioner/accused No.3 physically and mentally harassed the de facto complainant before his marriage and even after his marriage also he used to send offensive messages and like that he has put lot of trouble to the de facto complainant.

The allegations in the report are grave and specific. There are no changed circumstances. There is nothing to take a different view. 5.
