HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2451 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.31883 of 2017, dated 19-09-2017, wherein and whereby directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader for Services submits that in pursuance to the orders of this Court, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioners and passed orders dated 11-10-2018, as such there is no violation of orders passed by this Court. Counter affidavit is also filed to that effect. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 11-10-2018 in accordance with law.
