This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw D.V.C.No.25 of 2017 from the file of the Court of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Eluru, West Godavari District, and transfer the same to the file of V Additional District Court-cum-Family Court at Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
