1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the order viz., Proc.No.B/86/2010 dated 31.07.2010 passed by the Executive Magistrate & Tahasildar, Patancheru Mandal, Medak District i.e. first respondent herein.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

3 Permission is accorded.
