HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Criminal Petition No.2412 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order dated 30-06-2008 in Criminal Revision Petition No.18 of 2008 passed by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Fast Track Court, East Godavari at Rajahmundry, whereby the learned Sessions Judge set aside the order dated 04-10-2006 in M.C.No.31 of 2006 passed by the VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry subject to condition of depositing Rs.1,000/- per month from the date of petition till disposal of the main M.C.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the 1st respondent represented that the trial Court had disposed of M.C.No.31 of 2006 long back pursuant to the order dated 30-06-2008 in Crl.R.P.No.18 of 2008 and that the purpose of filing of the revision case becomes infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _____________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J Date: 16-02-2016 Ksn
