This Griminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionersAccused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.76 of 2019 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Nagaram Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 353 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. t Perused the material on record.

The case was registered against the petitioners - Accused on . L9.07.2019 alleging the obstruction of public servant from discharging his official duties.

4. As seen from the record, petitioner No.1 is a practicing Advocate and petitioner No.2 is aged 95 years. Admittedly, there are other connected disputes.

For the said reason, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in respect of FIR No.76 of 2019 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Nagaram Police Station, Suryapet District, to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners - Accused. Further, the petitioners - Accused shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
