This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 02-01-2014 in W.P.No.38369 of 2013 passed by this Court wherein this Court directed the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of two months.

Learned counsel for the respondents stated that the order dated 02-01-2014 in W.P.No.38369 of 2013 has been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the contempt proceedings, for which the learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed or denied.
