HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P. No. 228 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.345 of 2016 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to Family Court, Mahabubnagar.

2. Wife filed this petition. According to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was performed on 12.12.2014 at Atchampet, Mahabubnagar District and after marriage respondent and his family members harassed the petitioner and having no other go, she is taking shelter at her parents house. She stated that she filed a complaint against respondent and his family members before S.H.O., Atchampet, and the same is registered as Crime No.46 of 2016 dated 13.03.2016 and as a counter blast respondent filed F.C.O.P.No.345 of 2016 before Family Court, Ranga Reddy for restitution of conjugal rights. She further stated that Ranga Reddy Family Court is at a distance of 135 km. from her place of residence and it is inconvenient for her to attend Ranga Reddy Court. She stated that she is not having close relatives at Hyderabad and it is highly disadvantages for her to travel from Atchampet to Ranga Reddy to defend F.C.O.P.No.345 of 2016, for these reasons, she prayed for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.345 of from Ranga Reddy to

Mahabubnagar.

3. Respondent did not file any counter disputing the affidavit averments of petitioner.

4. Heard arguments.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of petition and also considering the convenience wife, F.C.O.P.No.345 of 2016 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, and transferred to Family Court, Mahabubnagar, for disposal in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, this transfer C.M.P. is ordered.

7. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
