This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 406 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 21.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.318 of 2016 in Spl. SC No.46 of 2015 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for S.Cs & S.Ts (POA) Act Cases, Kadapa.

Sri S.Dushyanth Reddy, Learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. Permission is accorded.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
