Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed before this Court the Endorsement bearing No.Ell4873/2022, dated 13.12.2022, issued by the respondent and submitted that in terms of the interim order, dated lt).O8.2O22, passed by this Court in W.P.No.31344 of 2022, the representation of the petitioner was considered and orders were passed by the respondent.
2. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed leaving it open 1-o the petitioner to pursue her remedies a,gainst the above said Endorsement, if she is so advised. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
