Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused of Crime No.133 of 2017 of P.S.Sangareddy Rural, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 and 120B of IPC and Section 82 of Registration Act and also heard the learned public prosecutor, representing the respondents and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and the contents of the FIR.

Though it is the submission of the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner did not register even a single document, there is no material before me, much less, to interdict the investigation. Hence, there is nothing to interdict the investigation, but for to say, the petitioner shall not be arrested pending investigation, however, this order will not prevent the police to secure the presence of the accused as and when required for purpose of investigation. 3.
Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
