This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt.04.02.2013 in I.A.No.155 of 2013 in O.S.No.1264 of 2005 passed by Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, whereby the Court allowed the petition filed under Order 7 Rule 14(3) and Section 151 CPC to condone the delay in filing the documents and to receive the documents.

Aggrieved by the Order Dt.04.02.2013, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court as no stay was granted by this Court. Hence, cause shown in the petition does not survive for consideration and it became infructuous.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
