THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.234 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for violation of the final orders of this court dated 21.7.2014 in Crl.P.No.10250 of 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of the contempt case has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.
