HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33519 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not mutating the petitioner's name into the revenue records and not issuing E-Patta Passbooks in respect of lands in Survey No.262/ 1, admeasuring Ac.3.70 cents, in Survey No.303/ 1, admeasuring Ac.0.96 cents, in Survey No.303/ 2A, admeasuring Ac.0.95 cents, totaling an extent of Ac.5.61 cents, situated at Nayakallu Village Fields, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District, in spite of the Online Mee Seva application made by the petitioner on 30.05.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner has made a suitable application in Form-6A through online, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to consider the Online Mee Seva application dated 30.05.2018 filed by the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of E-pattadar pass books, and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
