O R D E R

Petitioners in this writ petition are questioning the inaction of the respondents in issuing caste certificates.

Only the proceedings of the Collector date 24.05.2016 are referred to in the writ affidavit, but when the petitioners have made application to the respondent - authorities for issuance of caste certificates, is not mentioned. Therefore, without making necessary application for grant of community certificates, no relief can be granted. Writ petition is devoid of necessary particulars and hence the same is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioners to make necessary application. As and when such an application is made, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
