HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT C.C.No.2629 OF 2018 ORDER:

After taking note of the stand in the counter affidavit and the persuasive submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader on the delay in acting, as directed by this Court, I am convinced that the contempt case does not deserve further consideration by this Court.

Dr.K.Lakshmi Narasimha, counsel for petitioner, points out a few illegalities which bristles the communication on which the respondents rely on. This Court is of the view that these aspects are to be independently worked out in a proceeding taken up challenging the seniority list.

By preserving all the contentions, the contempt case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J 23rd November, 2018 Lrkm
