Heard.

2. Petitioner has made an application for grant of pattadar passbook by approaching respondent No.4. Said application is made on the basis of a compromise decree passed by this court on 27.11.2014 in A.S.No.237 of 2014. Petitioner is a party to the said compromise. He states that he has made an application for grant of pattadar passbook in terms of the compromise. It is also stated that the Tahsildar issued notice to all the parties on 17.04.2015 and has recorded statements and though there is no objection on the part of others, no orders are being passed for grant of pattadar passbook to the petitioner.

3. Since the issue is covered by the compromise decree, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider petitioner's application in terms of compromise decree, referred to above, and pass appropriate orders preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
