ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank submits that auction was held on 03.03.2017 and the gold ornaments involved in the auction were delivered to the auction-purchaser on 04.03.2017 and hence, the cause in this writ petition does not survives for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
