HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1965 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court in W.P.No.24802 of 2016 dated 10.08.2016. 2.

In the aforesaid writ petition, this Court, by order dated 10.08.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. Pursuant to the said order, the Regional Manager, Hyderabad, passed an order on 16.09.2016 giving reasons for rejecting the request of the petitioner made in the representation dated 14.02.2015. The rejection of the request of the petitioner after considering his representation cannot be treated as violation of the order of this Court dated 10.08.2016. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he had to avail appropriate remedies but not by contempt proceedings. In the circumstances, this Court sees no ground to entertain the present contempt case. 3.
