HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33540 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To declare the action of respondents No.2 and 3 in rejecting the application of the petitioner dated 25.07.2018 at the entry level, without conducting enquiry, by the 2nd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, against principles of natural justice and also direct the 3rd respondent to send the application to the 2nd respondent and consequently direct 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry as per law under ROR Act to mutate the revenue records in the petitioner name, in respect of land 24.00 Acres in Survey Nos. 137, 138, 139 and 140 at Ramagopalapuram Village, Yatapaka Mandal, East Godavari district."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that separate online applications would be made by the petitioner for mutation and for conducting survey of the subject land, and a direction may be issued to the authorities to dispose of the same. 3.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said applications are made, the authorities will pass orders thereon, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing that if separate online applications are made by the petitioner for mutation and conducting survey of the subject land, enclosing all the necessary documents, the authorities shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, and pass orders, at the earliest. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
