ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioners' representation, dated 16.3.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.
After arguing the case, Mr. S.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to avail appropriate remedy by approaching the
civil Court to restrain respondent Nos.3 to 10 from raising construction over the land claimed by them.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.51821 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
