ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue places on record the proceedings bearing No.Rc.No.E2/9563/2015, dated 10.03.2016, and contends that the directions issued by this Court are substantially complied with and appropriate communication will be sent to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from today.

2. The statement is accepted and for the present, the Contempt Case is closed. The petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the instant contempt case, if for any reason the delay continues or no communication is received by him. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
