THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2420 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court dated 02.08.2016 passed in W.P.No.3339 of 2015. Learned Senior Counsel Sri D.Prakash Reddy appeared before this Court and submitted that the view taken by the contemnor was not proper and accordingly he advised the contemnor to comply with the order. In pursuance of the same, a Provisional Offer of Appointment Order was issued on 11.10.2017 asking the petitioner to report for duty on 23.10.2017 at 9.30 a.m., for verification of the original certificates and for undergoing Initial Medical Examination.

In view of the same, though this Court wanted to take further action against the contemnor, further proceedings are dropped. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
