This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not initiating proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C to stop law and order problem between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in respect of the land situated in Sy.No.653/4A of Kolavennu Village, Kankipadu Mandal, Krishna District. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced instructions dated 11.11.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent wherein it is stated that both the parties were issued notices under Section 145 Cr.P.C. with regard to boundary dispute and since the said dispute was settled as per the directions of this Court in W.P.No.11965 of 2016, the 3rd respondent disposed of the said petition vide order dated 07.11.2016 by observing no longer maintainable.
Since the grievance of the petitioner is thus redressed, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 07.11.2016 in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
