2. This writ petition is filed alleging that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in crime No.185 of 2014 was registered, but at the instance of respondent Nos.4 to 8, respondent No.3 is not investigating the crime and is not taking appropriate steps required as per law.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that the said crime No.185 of 2014 was registered on 30.03.2014 on the file of Medipalli Police station and investigation is taken up. Respondent No.3 states that A1 was arrested on 31.03.2014, whereas A2 and A3 have
obtained bail from the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad in Crl.M.P.No.374 of 2013 dated 09.09.2014. With regard to the remaining accused, notice under Section 90/161 Cr.P.C. was issued to the complainant to produce the relevant evidence. The investigation is stated to be shortly expected to be completed and it is stated that appropriate steps will be taken by respondent No.3 expeditiously.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to complete the investigation expeditiously and file appropriate report/charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
