HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33538 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To declare the action of the respondents in non conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries for the lands in Survey No.50/ A extent Ac.1.83 cents, in Survey 53 extent Ac.1.27 cents, in Survey No. 57 extent 2.20 cents, Survey No. extent Ac.2.10 cents and in Survey No.60 extent Ac.1.93 cents situated at Nambala village, Rebbana Mandal, Komuram Bheem Asifabad district basing on the application dated 09.08.2018 as arbitrary and illegal and also violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application dt. 09.08.2018 for conducting the survey and demarcating the lands of the petitioners."

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners have made an application on 09.08.2018 for survey and demarcation of the subject lands, till date, no orders have been passed on the said application.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if reasonable time is granted, the authorities will pass orders on the application of the petitioners, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to dispose of the application of the petitioners dated 09.08.2018 for survey and demarcation of the subject lands, in accordance with law, and pass orders, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.
