HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 6548 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing appointment order to the petitioner even though the petitioner was selected and her name was shown at S.No. 6 in the selection list dated 4.12.2012 for the post of Anganwadi Helper, Railway Station Road Center, Venkatgiri Town SPSR Nellore District.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 29.4.2013 and today also there is no representation when the case is called.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
