This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order Dt.22.11.2012 in I.A.No.351 of 2012 in O.S.No.884 of 2012 passed by Rent Controller-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, whereby the Court dismissed petition filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC to reject the plaint.

During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 02.02.2015 by the Rent Controller-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. Therefore, the cause shown in the petition does not survive for consideration and it became infructuous.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
