It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Criminal Revision Case was filed against the grant of interim maintenance. However, the Maintenance Case itself has been disposed of. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed since no further orders are required.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
