Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as the matter is settled out of Court and to that effect she has filed a letter dated 23.02.2015 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
