THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2574 OF 2015 O R D E R:

Though the petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ of mandamus for declaring the order dated 07.08.2013 passed by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, the 1st respondent herein, duly confirming the order passed on 13.08.2012 by the Southern Regional Committee of the said Council at Bangalore rejecting the application of the 1st petitioner society to establish and recognize the 2nd petitioner institution for conducting D.El.Ed. course, as illegal, learned counsel for the petitioners Sri G. Anandam would submit that the 1st petitioner society has drawn a detailed representation and submitted the same to the Southern Regional Committee of the National Council for Teacher Education, Bangalore on 27.01.2015.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the 1st petitioner society has rectified all the defects and deficiencies pointed out earlier and therefore, the case of the 1st petitioner society now deserves consideration.

Sri K. Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, filed a detailed counteraffidavit opposing the main prayer of the petitioners. However, I do not see any objection for the respondents to deal with the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioners on 27.01.2015. Therefore, it would only be appropriate that the respondents shall take up the representation submitted by the 1st petitioner society on 27.01.2015 and deal with the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as is possible.

With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also

stand disposed of.
