THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1L427 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Crimina-l Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/Al and ,{2 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No. ll44 of 2020 pending on the hle of Additionai Judicial First Class Magistrate at Gajwel, Iiled for the offences under Sections 447, 506 read with \ \ I i 34 of the Indian Pena-l Code.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 & A2 and learned Adctitional Fublic Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

3. On perusal of the facts and circumstances of the case, the accused have to undergo the trial to prove their defence and the same cannot be considered and quash the proceedings.

4. Accordingly, there are no grounds and the Criminal Petition is dismissed. In the event of the petitioners/Al & A.2 filing an application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C., to be represented by a counsel, the same sha,il be considered by the Trial Court without hindrance to the trial Miscellareous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
