HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12227 of 2017 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in giving Electricity connections pursuant to the application dated 15.03.2013 to their houses constructed in Sy.No.319, situated at Bhupalpally village, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, on the ground that the said houses were not allotted house numbers by the 4th respondent, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 (TSNPDCL) and perused the material on record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 (TSNPDCL) that the said application of the petitioners is not in accordance with law, as the petitioners have not enclosed proper documents along with the said application, and if any fresh application is made by enclosing all the relevant documents, the same will be considered and necessary action will be taken.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of keeping it open for the petitioners to submit application afresh with all relevant documents and by complying with necessary formalities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such application is received from the petitioners within the stipulated period, the respondents are directed to consider the same and take necessary action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application. 5.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
