Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. It is stated by both the counsel that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.6541 of 2016 and batch by order dt.09.03.2016 by following the Full Bench judgment of this Court dt.23.12.2015 in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch, and also Division Bench order dt.29.01.2016 in W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch, wherein this Court issued various directions while reiterating the directions of the Full Bench in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dt.23.12.2015.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order of the Division Bench dt.29.01.2016 in W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch. The impugned endorsement dt.29.11.2013 is set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Office to append a copy of the order in W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch, dt.29.01.2016.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
