THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4161 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners are the auction purchasers of property, pursuant to the decree in O.S. No.108/2000 on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ongole. In E.P.

No.265/2008, the petitioners herein filed E.A. No.880/2015 seeking permission to the Field Assistant to break open the locks of the doors in the schedule premises for executing the delivery warrant, as the respondent is obstructing the petitioners. When the said application is not being disposed of, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. As per the docket proceedings of the Executing Court, it appears that on 03.08.2015, it was adjourned to 14.08.2015; and on 14.08.2015, it was adjourned to 21.09.2015. Since the present application is filed for execution of the warrant, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ongole, to pass appropriate orders in E.P. No.265/2008, in accordance with law after hearing the parties, on or before 31.01.2016.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
