THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.4841 OF 2017 ORDER :

Petitioners claim to be working against aided posts in Mangena Venkata Narsimham, Jana Sankarayya & Rudarraju Venkata Ramaraju College of Arts & Science, Malkipuram-4th respondent.

Petitioners claim that they should be absorbed/appointed against aided vacancies. In response to the orders issued by the Commissioner of Collegiate Education dated 16.09.2016, the management of the College sent proposals on 18.10.2016 proposing to absorb/appoint the petitioners against aided vacancies. Even though such proposals were made long ago, there is no progress. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 2.

Having regard to the assertion of learned counsel for the petitioners that proposals were already submitted and they are pending, if such proposals are already received by the Government-1st respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to examine the said proposals and take appropriate decision as warranted by law, and communicate the decision to the petitioners through the 4th respondent college. Decision to this effect shall be taken within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
