It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.764 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, out of which this CMA arises, itself was dismissed for default on 04.12.2017, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
