This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 03.05.2017 in C.C.No.343 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Machilipatnam, Krishna District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.
A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 8 are facing trial in C.C.No.343 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 read with 34 I.P.C., and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. For one reason or other, the petitioners could not appear before the trial Court on 03.05.2017. On behalf of the petitioners, Section 317 Cr.P.C. petition was filed to dispense with the presence of the petitioners on 03.05.2017. The trial Court dismissed the said petition and issued Non-Bailable Warrants (N.B.Ws.) against the petitioners.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the petition, if any, filed by the petitioners under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. on the same day.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, is hereby directed to dispose of the petition, if any, filed by the petitioners appearing personally
under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. to recall the N.B.Ws. issued against them on 03.05.2017 on the same day in accordance with law. 6.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
