Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondents, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the objections, submitted by the petitioner herein, including those submitted on 08.09.2018, will be considered by the respondent authorities at the time of proceeding further.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
