THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.27944 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the order, dated 27.08.2015, in E.A.No.68 of 2007 in C.C.No.1081 of 2005 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-III, Hyderabad.

It is represented that against the impugned order, dated 27.08.2015, the petitioner has carried the matter by way of appeal before the 2nd respondent - Telangana State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and, inasmuch as the 2nd respondent - Commission is functioning now, it is requested to grant liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal before the 2nd respondent. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the appeal before the 2nd respondent. Interim order granted by this Court shall continue for a period of six weeks from today.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
