HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1785 OF 2011 ORDER:

When the matter is called today, Sri G.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that there are no instructions from the petitioner and therefore, he expressed his helplessness. This criminal revision case is an old matter of the year 2011 and today, it is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
