THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6864 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the order, dated 13.06.2013 in C.F.No.1430 of 2013 in Crime No.134 of 2012 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

The learned Additional Public Prosecution for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that the Investigating Officer after completion of investigation filed charge sheet deleting the name of the petitioner in the aforesaid crime and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication and the petition has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
