THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.12617 of 2016 ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed against the order dated 12.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2363/2016 in CC.No.495/2012 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, by and under which, the Court below dismissed the petition filed by the petitioners/A1 & A2 to recall the non-bailable warrants dated 06.08.2014.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/A1 & A2 as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 & A2 submits that negotiations are going on and the matter is likely to be settled out side the court and hence, the warrants pending against the petitioners may be recalled.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners/A1 & A2 are directed to file a fresh application to recall the warrant before the Court below within a period of 15 days from today and in such an event, the Court below shall dispose of the same on the same day on which it is filed on reasonable terms, in accordance with law.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
